By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Promoter
  2. Eligibility
    • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
    • Internet access and a valid email address are required.
  3. Promotion Period
    • The promotion opens at 00:00 BST on 1 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 8 July 2026.
    • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
  4. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must:
      • Scan the promotional QR code
      • Complete the entry form
      • Submit their name and email address
      • Opt-in/sign up to the Daawat newsletter
    • No purchase is necessary.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or using multiple email addresses, will not be accepted.
  5. Prizes
    • Main Prize: 1 x £2,000 Travel Card
    • Secondary Prizes: 100 x £50 One4all Restaurant Vouchers
  6. Prize Conditions
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
    • The travel card and vouchers are subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for any restrictions, expiry dates, or conditions imposed by third-party providers.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification
    • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
    • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
    • Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
    • If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Prize Fulfilment
    • Prizes will be distributed via email within 28 days of winner confirmation.
  9. Data Protection
    • Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed:
      • For the purposes of administering the promotion
      • For newsletter communications (where consent is given)
    • Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
    • Winners’ surnames and counties may be made available upon request in line with UK advertising regulations. Winners may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
  10. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to:
      • Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms
      • Cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
      • Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
      • Technical issues affecting participation
  11. Liability

    Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability. Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms. Any third-party brands (including One4all) are not affiliated with this promotion.
